2024 Cumulative Project Funding Exceeds 46 Million NTD
Manufacturing (10/9 Employees) Low-Carbon Smart Transformation Subsidy Program
The post-pandemic special budget is expected to conclude in 2025.
This subsidy requires no briefing or review.
The subsidy funds equipment purchases, combined with smart technology, to achieve energy-saving goals.
The overall approval rate is approximately 50-70%.
To help businesses achieve low-carbon goals through smart equipment
※For manufacturing businesses with 10 or more employees, the deadline is March 20, 2025.

Cumulative approved project funding exceeding 66 million NTD
Regulated Factory Subsidy Program (Environmental Optimization)
No presentation or review required.
Apply for regulated factory status in accordance with the law, with improvement plans approved by local governments.
Subsidies are available for regulated factories
with approved improvement plans to fund enhancements such as firefighting equipment.
Current approval rate for guided projects: 80%-90%

Cumulative approved project funding exceeding 20 million NTD
Smart Carbon Reduction for Business Services
Single Service Application Category: NT$300,000 (carbon reduction of 0.5 tons).
Integrated Service Application Category: NT$1,500,000 (carbon reduction of 6 tons).
Enhancing user/consumer experience applications
Subsidies are available for the procurement of smart software to establish experience application services.
Approval rate:50%-60%
※The definitions of carbon reduction and smart technology are becoming increasingly stringent, therefore implementation requires comprehensive content.

2024 Project Funding Exceeds 36 Million NTD (Successfully Guided
Assistance for Traditional Industry Technology Development Program (CITD)
The program operates on a document review basis.
There are two application periods per year: the first half and the second half.
The subsidy focuses on product and manufacturing process innovation.
Guided project approval rate: 50%-70%
It is essential to coordinate with the company's current R&D progress for optimal application.

Each city has one application period per year (timing varies).

Only local businesses can apply.
Each county and city has different themes.

Central Government Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program
Presentation required.
Saperated to phase1、Phase2、Phase2+.
Primarily focused on innovation in research and development, and services.
High scrutiny during review,driving domestic small and medium enterprise (SME) innovation research and development activities.

SIIR Service Industry Innovation R&D Program
Primarily focuses on innovative research and development in the commercial service industry.
The main themes are 'Smart Technology' and 'Low-Carbon Transformation'.
Proposals should include a clear business model and a feasible innovative service plan
Eligible projects may include marketing, advertising, and exhibition activities.
Guided project approval rate: 50%-80%
