- Unlimited amount of capital

Service Industry Innovation Research
- Qualified companies
- Domestic companies registered under the Company Law and limited partnerships registered under the Limited Partnership Law.
- In line with "3 new" concept
- Which stand for new service products, new business models and new business application technologies.
- Build up a service ecosystem
- In addition to the "3 new concept", the establishment of a service ecosystem is also encouraged; applicants for this project must apply jointly, with a maximum subsidy of $10 million.
- Trustworthy
- Shall not be a customer with a history of being denied transactions by banks, nor have any records of bounced checks, and must maintain a positive total equity.

- Companies or businesses that have demonstrated import and export performance within the past year and have no records of revocation, annulment of import/export trader registration, or penalties related to the suspension of export, import, or import/export of goods.
- Positive company net worth
- The company is not blacklisted by banks and has a positive net worth.
- No outstanding tax balance.
- The company has no tax liabilities.
